Born in Chicago Illinois April 10th 1960 and living in Dallas Texas since 1981.  Has done many projects in the Insurance field, including writing the first outline to the Care act for healthcare and owns Standard Medical Co-Op. 

He is also known as Sheldon Mashugana as a character comedic actor in many films.  Won 175 film awards for Best Actor, Best Director, Best International film, Best Short Film, and Best Comedy short. Played Hoffa in Hillary’s America.

​Rabbi Morgan has been doing services for seniors and Beth Torah synagogue Richardson Texas, also weddings. Married a couple on the show Love is Blind.

Also owned a senior transportation company called Baby Boomer Buddies.

Has over 400 awards for the short films by Sheldon Mashugana.

Has a bachelor’s of science in Jewish studies.   Wrote and published a how too book about running an insurance agency. 

Owned an insurance agency called Dean Morgan Insurance, started in 1988. Was a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker.

Hobby was always something to do with Space and Star Trek TV show, also bowling and traveling. Always wanted to go into space.  Now’s my chance.

​Married to Danette Morgan since 1990 with 2 kids, Sean and Maura. Sister Andrea Turner and Brother Brian Morgan. Mother Sandra Morgan and father Norman Morgan deceased. Produce , direct , star and write all my movies and shorts. Own Standard Medical Co-Op, healthcare company, Baby boomer buddies transport business and Mashugana Productions for my films.
